Backend Engineer — Access Platform (Dettum / Remote)
You’ll work on the core of the sedisto platform: the access rights engine, the booking system integrations, and the event processing pipeline. We work with Go, Postgres, Redis and run on Kubernetes.
What you bring:
- 3+ years experience with Go or similar compiled languages
- Experience with event-driven architectures and webhooks
- Willingness to think about edge cases in distributed systems
- Bonus: experience with IoT or hardware integrations
What we offer:
- 60,000–80,000 EUR depending on experience
- Remote-first with team offsites
- Direct influence on product decisions
Field Technician — Installation & Commissioning (Germany)
You install sedisto hardware at self-storage facilities across Germany — and you’re the first person operators see. You know your way around NFC readers, gateways, and cable management.
What you bring:
- Technical training or comparable practical experience
- Willing to travel (mostly day trips, occasional overnight stays)
- Driver’s licence class B
- Methodical, reliable working style
What we offer:
- Company car for private use
- Tools and equipment provided
- Direct mentoring by the founding team
- 38,000–48,000 EUR depending on experience
Product Manager — Operator Platform (Berlin / Remote)
You own the operator-facing product: dashboard, access management, reporting. You work closely with our engineering team and talk regularly with operators to understand their workflows.
What you bring:
- 2+ years as PM or in a similar role
- Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear product decisions
- Experience with B2B SaaS products
- Bonus: background in real estate tech or IoT
What we offer:
- 65,000–85,000 EUR depending on experience
- Berlin office or remote
